Other natural solutions:

Fish oil is filled with omega fatty acids that can improve your hair from the inside out. It’s got nutrients and proteins that help with hair density and diameter, reducing hair loss. These fatty acids make your cells work better and boost your immune system, which is good for your overall health.

Ginseng supplements are believed to stimulate hair follicles, promoting hair growth. Although there’s not a lot of research, a review in 2018 showed some good results. Just make sure to take them as directed and watch for any side effects.

Onion juice might not smell great, but it’s been shown to help with hair growth and treat a condition called alopecia areata. Applying onion juice to your scalp for at least 15 minutes.

Rosemary oil, a common essential oil, can stimulate new hair growth and even treat a type of hair loss called androgenetic alopecia. Mixing a few drops with a carrier oil and massaging it into your hair and scalp or adding it to your daily shampoo and conditioner can make your hair healthier.

Geranium oil, taken from the fragrant plant Pelargonium graveolens, can make your hair stronger, hydrated, and restored. Mix a few drops with a carrier oil and apply it directly to your hair or add it to your shampoo and conditioner.

Lemon, whether it’s fresh lemon juice or lemon oil, can improve your hair quality and growth. You can put fresh lemon juice on your scalp 15 minutes before shampooing or use lemon essential oil mixed with a carrier oil in a hair mask.
